Alexei Panyushkin is a Partner at Transworld Business Advisors Portugal, where he advises entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors on the buying and selling of privately held businesses. He brings a strong background in strategy consulting, operational improvement, and international business development.

In addition to his role at Transworld, Alexei is also a Partner at EBITDA+, a firm specializing in cost optimization and supplier negotiations. Through this work, he has helped companies identify more than €30 million in potential savings and implement over €10 million in realized cost reductions across multiple operational categories.

Prior to this, Alexei held leadership roles at ERA Group EMEA and Sugal Group, where he managed international commercial and logistics operations across European and global markets. At ERA Group, he played a key role in expanding operations and increasing the regional P&L more than fivefold, while leading complex cost optimization initiatives across multiple industries.

He holds an Executive MBA from IESE/ AESE Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
