Roy has over twenty years of experience in acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance, business development and strategic planning for lower to mid-market companies. Roy’s early career included commercial lending at Union Bank and later as a CFO/Partner of two high growth companies: a national entertainment chain and a national telecom CLEC. Starting as CFO in both companies; P&L responsibility led to COO responsibilities and finally as the EVP and driving force to promote national high-growth business development. Roy’s M&A role started at MASI Ltd. a Chicago firm serving mid-market companies in a variety of sectors including telecom, medical, technology/software, sports agency, exhibit mfg. and industrial mfg. Roy also worked on several capital raising engagements totaling in excess of $400 million dollars. Roy’s experience in funding lead to the CFO role of Vantage Capital Corp., a Los Angeles based private equity venture fund that worked with and funded companies in variety of sectors including real estate, technology/software, gaming and entertainment. Prior to joining Transworld M&A, Roy was a Senior M&A Advisor at Woodbridge International and introduced the use of Financial Modeling to improve Client outcomes.
